how it started

OnDeck started with a simple observation: if students don't see you consistently, you’ll never be considered.

Most institutions were investing heavily in channels that never reached students inside schools. The gap was visible in hindsight, but difficult to address in practice.

So our team built a solution that closed that gap at its source: an always-on in-school network designed to build presence where decisions begin, and to do it in a way that institutions can keep in place year-over-year without adding operational strain.
